- Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
International Orders
- International Shipping: AUD $9.99
- Free Shipping on orders over AUD $150
- Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days
Important Shipping Information
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, and peak shipping periods.
Once your order has been shipped, Veluna Glow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
After review and approval of your claim, we will provide a refund equal to 100 % of the purchase price of the affected item. In this case please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/video evidence.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our beauty and wellness products and devices, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or used products.
